Certame decorrerá nos mesmos moldes dos anos anteriores
Este fim-de-semana a freguesia da Ilha, Santana, acolhe mais uma edição da Exposição Regional do Limão. O certame decorrerá nos mesmos moldes dos anos anteriores e decorrerá no polidesportivo local, onde haverá muita animação, gastronomia e entretenimento naquela que será a IX Exposição Regional do Limão. O evento inicia-se na tarde desta sexta-feira, com uma acção de informação sobre a temática “O limão e a saúde”, sendo orador o nutricionista Bruno Sousa. Esta acção é destinada aos Centros de Convívio do concelho. Depois actua o cantor João Luís Mendonça e, pelas 16 horas, haverá a recepção das entidades e a abertura oficial do certame por parte do secretário com a tutela da Agricultura. Durante a tarde haverá uma demonstração de cocktails depois volta ao palco animação musical com João Luís Mendonça, com os grupos “Amantes da Música”. Depois há a interrupção para a missa vespertina, depois segue-se a actuação do Grupo de Danças da Casa do Povo da Ilha. Durante a noite há um concurso de dança e de vozes talentosas com actuações de diversos cantores oriundos de vários locais. A animação prossegue durante todo o fim-de-semana estando reservada a actuação do artista nacional Zé do Pipo, na tarde de domingo. O encerramento está previsto para as 22 horas desse dia. Recorde-se que a Exposição do Limão é uma homenagem à agricultura, ao agricultor e, particularmente, a um dos produtos mais característicos desta localidade, o limão. Toda a animação permite que muitos forasteiros passem pela freguesia este fim-de-semana. Por outro lado, a Secretaria Regional do Ambiente e dos Recursos Naturais tem feito uma forte aosta na promoção daquele produto, nos mercados regional e nacional.

Iniciativa “pro bono” para ajudar madeirenses «Garra madeirense» motiva campanha
O Turismo da Madeira prepara-se para lançar uma campanha de promoção da Madeira onde é destacado que a Madeira continua “bela como sempre”. A campanha foi criada e produzida gratuitamente pela You mix, uma empresa do continente habituada a trabalhar no mercado regional. A directora executiva da empresa diz que foi a «garra» madeirense demonstrada após o 20 de Fevereiro que motivou esta campanha.
Está aí mais uma campanha para ajudar a imagem da Madeira. A empresa portuguesa YOU mix decidiu juntar-se à onda de solidariedade que tem varrido o país e oferecer a criação e produção de uma campanha intitulada “Madeira as beautiful as ever”, o que significa “Madeira, bela como sempre”. A empresa tem uma relação forte com a Madeira, já que 14 dos 32 clientes que constam do seu site oficial são empresas ou instituições da Região. Laura Lopes, directora executiva da YOU mix, explicou ao Jornal da Madeira que as motivações para esta acção “pro bono” foram ver «tanta beleza ser abalada» e «ter percebido que o povo madeirense tem garra e não se acomodou, reagindo muito positivamente» à tragédia de 20 de Fevereiro. Laura Lopes diz ter sido esse o sinal para avançar, porque a empresa sentiu que poderia dar «visibilidade pública e promover esse sentido de luta que os madeirenses tiveram na forma como responderam» às enxurradas. A campanha que será lançada pelo Turismo da Madeira nos mercados nacional e internacional contou com o apoio do fotógrafo Henrique Seruca, habituado também a colaborar com a promoção da Madeira. Seruca cedeu gratuitamente algum do seu material que tinha em banco de fotos. Quanto ao conteúdo, a mensagem deixada ao país e ao mundo é a de que «a alma da Madeira continua igual a si mesma, e que vale a pena continuar a visitá-la».
Convite dirigido ao mundo
Para a campanha no mercado externo, foram escolhidas pessoas ligadas com o artesanato, as festas, os passeios pelas levadas, a cozinha madeirense, as Quintas e o vinho. «Um convite dirigido ao mundo, com a simpatia que caracteriza os madeirenses, realçando a sua vocação de verdadeiros anfitriães do Mundo», refere uma nota explicativa no site da empresa. A campanha em suporte vídeo aposta na palavra “obrigado” repetida por várias pessoas, já antecipando a visita dos que se deixarem convencer. Os meios por onde vai passar serão a televisão e os voos de companhias aéreas (spot 30’’), Internet (spot 30’’) para campanhas de vídeo advertising, presença em redes sociais e campanhas de SEA), Imprensa (páginas e rodapés em parceria com Operadores turísticos) e Mupis. A campanha será desenvolvida em vários países, nomeadamente Alemanha, França, Inglaterra, Espanha, Dinamarca, Suécia, Noruega e Finlândia.
Aposta nas figuras públicas
No mercado nacional, a publicidade será lançada no final deste mês e aposta na imagem e no apelo de figuras públicas para visitarem a Madeira. O estúdio fotográfico Krypton Photo participa na componente nacional da campanha e fá-lo também gratuitamente. «O nosso trabalho foi criar e mobilizar outras entidades para entrar connosco na produção», explicou Laura Lopes, destacando que agora a negociação do espaço nos meios de comunicação será feita pelo Governo Regional da Madeira, que assumirá essa parte dos encargos. A responsável acredita que a campanha «ajudará a tentar inverter a sensação de que a Madeira ficou destruída», pois era essa a imagem que «estava a passar na televisão e em todos os outros meios».

«Falar só em solidariedade não ajuda» A directora regional do Turismo, Raquel França, disse ontem que a campanha “Madeira as beautiful as ever” aposta na ideia de que «nós já estamos recuperados e queremos continuar a trabalhar em força trazendo para cá os turistas». A directora regional confirmou que a acção «será operacionalizada de uma forma um pouco distinta ao nível nacional, pois terá figuras conhecidas do mundo português a darem a cara, a dizerem que vêm à Madeira e a perguntarem porque não vêm os restantes portugueses». «Falar só em solidariedade não ajuda, o que interessa, para nos ajudarem, é virem à Madeira e verem como já estamos recuperados», justifica Raquel França, que apela a visitas repetidas e acompanhadas pelos amigos. Ao nível internacional, a campanha recorre às imagens de marca da Madeira, «sempre com grandes sorrisos e de braços abertos para receber os turistas». A campanha deverá prolongar-se até ao final do ano.
